Ok here are the rules.
You must be at least 13 or older
We do not knowingly collect any information from any users under 13 years of age, and if it is found that an underage user has fraudulently registered, their account will immediately be terminated.
Why do I have to be 13 or older to register?
Thanks to COPPA, the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act of 1998, we cannot collect information (such as an e-mail address) from any user under the age of 13 without a parent's permission. The amount of paperwork and tracking required to prove the identity of the parents is substantial, and could increase costs so much as to cause the site to shut down. You'll find that most sites in general, have the exact same restriction.
No porn (hentai is included)
This is a public website which anyone can view, including people under the age of 18. Posting porn also includes your avatar. Please don't post links to porn. Doing so will bring about an instant ban.
Spelling
This is more of a suggestion then a rule. No one wants to struggle to read posts, please try your hardest to use correct punctuation and spelling.
No Spamming
This site is not for advertising your site, if you want to show us your site, post it in the graffiti area, or add it to your sig.
Swearing
We are all adults here and swearing is somewhat allowed but don't direct it at others. This is considered trolling and people will be banned.
NO RACIST, SEXIST, RELIGIOUS, OR GENERAL BASHING ON THIS BOARD!
Everyone feels strongly about this so don't do it. This also includes PM's. We have the right to look at your PM's if we believe you are abusing them. If this case is true we can withdraw your rights to send PM's.
Illegal activity
This includes, but is not limited to, illigal copies of copyrighted music, movies, videos, or any other type of media. DO NOT Provide or ask for links to copyrighted stuff.
I have a right to free speech! What right do you have to delete my messages?:
Yes, you may have a right to free speech, but not here. When you signed up for the RodneyMullen.Net message boards, you voluntarily gave up the right to certain kinds of speech in return for the ability to use the boards. If you do not feel that you can follow the rules here, you have the right to create your own message boards and make your own rules there. If you'd actually read the Bill of Rights, you'll see that "Freedom of Speech" applies to the government, not here.
Blacklisting.
If you just can't stick to the rules, your name will be blacklisted. We keep this list on a hidden forum. We will monitor your progress and all the admins and mods will be aware that you have been warned.
Offensive usernames/avatars
We know you like to be individual but we don't need that on this site. We will ban you and all usernames on your map if you break this rule. Please think about your avatars when you post them, if they are offensive to other users then they probebly won't be allowed on the site.
Double Posts/pointless posts
We here at RM.Net have a magical button called "EDIT" you have no need to post 3 messages one after the other that say "cool" and "ok" these posts are deleted instantly without warning. Don't do it. We don't need 200 posts of useless junk, try and keep everything on topic and relevant.
