Things to remeber: It's best to start on a low 3ft mini ramp if you can. This can seem very intimidating at first but keep at it and remember to push all your weight forward. If you fall, get up and do it again.

Step 1: Push your board over the copeing so your tail sits on it and your board hangs over the ramp. Get a good look and make sure you are comftuble enough to continue.

Step 2: Put your front foot over the bolts and start to push your weight down.

Step 3: Push down fast and hard and try to keep your balance

Step 4: Keep your knees bent and prepare for the otherside of the ramp
